SupportShipping & Delivery
We offer multiple shipping options including standard delivery, express delivery, and same-day delivery in select areas. Delivery is handled through our network of service centers and logistics partners across Nigeria.
Delivery times vary based on your location. Within major cities, expect 1-3 business days. For other areas, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. You can track your order in real-time through your account dashboard.
Currently, we only ship within Nigeria. We're working on expanding our services to other African countries. Stay tuned for updates!
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight/size of your order. Some vendors offer free delivery on orders above a certain amount. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Orders & Returns
Browse our products, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, and complete payment. You'll receive an order confirmation via email and SMS.
Yes, you need to create an account or log in to place an order. This helps us track your orders, provide better support, and save your preferences for future purchases.
Log into your account and go to "My Orders" to see the status of all your orders. You can also use our Order Tracking page with your order number.
Returns are subject to vendor policies. Contact the vendor or our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Please review our Refund Policy for more details.
Payment
We accept various payment methods including debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfers, USSD, and popular Nigerian payment platforms like Paystack and Flutterwave.
Yes, your payment information is completely secure. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and partner with PCI-compliant payment processors. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Pay on delivery is available for select products and locations. This option will be displayed at checkout if available for your order.
Account
Click on "Sign Up" in the header, fill in your details (name, email, phone number, password), and verify your account via email or SMS. It only takes a minute!
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a link to reset your password.
Log into your account, go to "Profile Settings" to update your personal information, delivery addresses, and payment methods.
Vendors & Sellers
Visit our Become a Vendor page to register. You'll need to provide your business information, upload required documents, and await approval. Once approved, you can start listing products immediately.
We charge a small commission on each successful sale. The exact rate depends on your product category and partnership level. There are no monthly fees or listing fees.
Log into your Seller Dashboard, navigate to Products > Add New Product. Fill in the product details, upload images, set pricing, and submit for approval. Check our vendor FAQs page for video tutorials.
Payments are processed after successful order delivery and confirmation. Funds are transferred to your registered bank account according to the settlement schedule (usually within 3-7 business days).
